Managing Unreasonable Conduct Workshop

Managing unreasonable conduct from complainants can be disruptive to work, time consuming and frustrating. Whilst most complainants will vent their dissatisfaction in an appropriate manner, a few can use methods and tactics that can cause mayhem. 

This workshop is designed to help you take a systematic and consistent approach to managing interactions with complainants. You will have the opportunity to learn about various best practice approaches and strategies that will assist you in your dealings with complainants who behave unreasonably.

  • The motives behind difficult behaviour
  • Core principles and objectives for dealing with unreasonable conduct
  • The early warning signs
  • Strategies and scripts to manage all forms of unreasonable conduct.
