Meet the stars of the Hotel Industry

This is a fantastic opportunity to experience a sensational new hotel in Birmingham. The Hotel LaTour is fast gaining a reputation for great service and Jane Schofield is happy to tell us how they have done it – and she’ll even buy us lunch!

The hotel industry is notorious for being a poor employer and Hotel LaTour have turned this around by changing the recruitment process at the hotel and investing in great customer service through great employee service.  Jane will talk about how this was achieved and the results that this has given the new Hotel LaTour.

We’re also fortunate in having Chris Daffy join us. Chris is an industry favourite and will regale us with his thoughts on providing a superb customer experience in his usual inimitable style. You are bound to learn something new.

And all this before a fabulous lunch in the hotel’s Aalto Restaurant – yes, there really is such a thing as a free lunch!
